Helping Athletes Grow
The founder of Next Level Training, Nick has built his career by focusing on technique and consistency. He believes that a balance of passion, hard work, and resiliency can help in accomplishing any goal. He attended the University of Delaware where he earned his degree in Health Behavior Science/Fitness Management while being a member of the cheerleading team. He continued his cheer career at Columbus State University. Nick also coaches high school cheer at Randolph High School in New Jersey.
Mike has been with Next Level from the very beginning and joined the management team in 2017. Mike has a passion for all varieties of cheer and is the All Star Program Director for Next Level All Stars. Formerly the stunt coordinator at World Cup Freehold, he is currently the Co-ed Cheer Coach at Rutgers University. He studied Exercise Physiology and cheered at the University of Delaware. Mike has over a decade of coaching experience in All Star and high school cheer. Mike is USASF certified for levels 1-6 and is a USA Cheer certrified Coach.
Dom has been with Next Level from the beginning. Dom was the stunt coordinator and the tumbling director for World Cup All Stars Freehold and World Cup All Stars Phoenix. Dom attended the University of West Georgia, winning a national title and placing 5th in the UCA Partner Stunt Competition. He coached at The Stingray All Stars in Marietta, GA as a stunting and tumbling instructor. He moved to Michigan to head a college prep program with F.A.S.T. Dom returned to NXT in 2019.
Assistant Program Director
Coach Taylor is a 2016 graduate of Montclair State University, where she was part of the nationally ranked cheerleading squad for 4 years. She has been coaching and choreographing for the last 12 years, both at the Recreation and All Star levels. Taylor has been part of the Next Level family since 2017. Her favorite aspect of coaching is watching her athletes take it to the “next level” on competition days. Taylor is USASF certified for levels 1-3.
All Star Coach
Krystal has cheered levels 2 through 7, competed at worlds 7 times, and cheered at Rutgers University. She currently coaches both all star and high school cheerleading, and spend her summers coaching tumbling at Camp Woodward. She loves cheerleading because it motivates you to always push for a higher goal. The sport is very dynamic and always changing, and it is a great challenge to try and keep up!
