Tumbling Classes

All tumbling classes will warm up and stretch at the beginning of class. Students will condition throughout class and at the end of each class meeting. Strength and flexibility are ESSENTIAL to both the success of our athletes and their safety, which we hold paramount.

Our instructors will notify students when they demonstrate a skill correctly. All tumbling skills require a rebound (a near-straight legged jump that immediately follows a skill).

Students and parents will be notified by their instructor of when the student is ready to advance to the next level class.


All classes, apart from Tumble 101, require an evaluation to sign up.
